To cancel a BuyNestPro Zenvicart project, written notice must be provided at least 14 business days before the agreed project start date for a full refund of any deposit paid.
Refunds for completed Zenvicart development work are not offered, as resources and team time are allocated upon project kickoff. Partial refunds may be granted at BuyNestPro's discretion for incomplete milestones.
Digital licenses and access to Zenvicart platforms are non-refundable once provisioned, due to the nature of digital goods and services.
Submit your refund request in writing to contact@buynestpro.shop with your project reference number. All requests are reviewed within 5 business days.
Approved refunds are processed within 10–15 business days and returned to the original payment method.
BuyNestPro reserves the right to decline refund requests where project work has materially commenced and client approvals have been signed off on deliverables.
